Module 2 – SharePoint Sites

  • Sites and Site Templates differences
  • What content gets created in a site
  • Understanding your site content, menus & navigation
  • Create a News page
  • The Pages Library and basic editing of the home page

Module 3 – SharePoint Libraries & Lists

  • Review the SharePoint Team Site, Libraries and site contents
  • Working with Libraries, folders, settings / properties
  • Learn how to create new document libraries
  • Understand the New button and add new Template
  • Link Housing company content types
    • Importance of document tagging and naming conventions
  • Working with Lists
  • Add/Modify List Items, Create/Modify List Views, Sort/Filter, List columns
  • Customize / create List and Library Views
