This course is intended for people who need to know how to use Outlook as an email client to manage their email communications, calendar appointments, contact information, and other communication tasks. In addition to creating and sending email, this course will introduce you to organising your mail, working with attachments, formatting message text, scheduling meetings, and responding to meeting invitations.

This Advanced course takes experienced users of Outlook through more complex email actions and allows delegates to set rules and prioritise what they see in their Inbox. You will want to set Out of Office messages when you are away from your desk, and Archive emails you don't want to see in your Inbox but don't want to delete. Learn how to find specific messages with Search and how to use Categories throughout the package. When sharing your calendar or contacts, we can show you how to set up permissions.
