Description
Mental Health First Aid
MHFAider® (Mental Health First Aid) training is an internationally recognised certification that equips learners with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to support individuals experiencing poor mental health. The training enables staff to recognise early signs and symptoms, respond with empathy and professionalism, and guide colleagues towards appropriate support where needed.
At Imagine Training Ltd, we place a strong emphasis on creating inclusive, supportive and psychologically safe learning environments. Jessica, an MHFA England instructor since 2018, has delivered training to a wide range of organisations across the public and private sectors, both online and in person. Her delivery reflects our commitment to accessible, engaging and meaningful learning experiences that are directly relevant to the realities of today’s workplace.
We recognise that mental health is a sensitive and personal subject, and we ensure that all learners feel respected, supported and comfortable throughout the training. Our approach is learner-centred, encouraging open discussion while accommodating different needs, experiences and perspectives.
We offer a flexible suite of MHFA programmes, including the half-day Awareness course, the 2-day MHFAider qualification, MHFA for Managers, and MHFA Refresher training. All courses are designed to provide practical, workplace-ready skills that contribute to healthier, more supportive organisational cultures.
