Microsoft Project Level 1

This course is suitable for Project Managers who need to manage complex projects with resources, budgets and a time frame.

Delegates will start by learning Project Management concepts and terminology, and exploring the Project views in Microsoft Project to enable easy navigation. Then, after creating and linking tasks, you will learn how to create and manage resources and the effect this has on costs.

Working with views and tables will enable you to keep monitoring the project.

Prerequisites
